Return And Exchange Policy

Syze UK allows valuable customers to return or exchange their bought products if they are unhappy with the purchase. Following is the procedure of doing so and all of our returns and exchange policies are mentioned below.

Returns

You can return any product within 15 days from the date of confirmed payment. But following are the conditions to keep in mind.

  • Item(s) must be in original condition
  • Item(s) must be unopened
  • Item(s) must be undamaged
  • Item(s) should contain all the packaging like the way it was received to avoid any damage in transit
  • Items’ return shipping (and any other applicable taxes/duties) will be paid by you (buyer)
If your item was received defected or damaged, it will be completely courier’s fault. We carefully check each item before delivering it. If such a case happens, send us the snaps of defected item, lodge a complaint with your courier service, and send us its reference number. We will take care of the rest.

Exchange

The same policies are implemented for exchange. Please read the above mentioned policies carefully before making the return/exchange. Also, if the above policies are not followed, you won’t be considered as eligible for the return/exchange.

Please note that the address for making the return/exchange is mentioned below. You are also required to write the reason of send the item back to us on the slip and post it along with the item.
